Management Search

Leaders of tomorrow, discovered today. From middle management to future board directors, we’re first to find the leaders of tomorrow. With an emphasis on retention, partnering with you from start to finish.

We know our job isn’t finished on a new hire’s first day. Placement is just the start. Career propulsion has far more worth (to both parties). We look to fit future executives with environments where they can grow and accelerate their careers. This principle leads our search for the leaders of tomorrow. Going beyond our competitors to challenge the norms, committing to finding diverse talent and building high performing teams, who stay.

Hunter Healthcare’s Management Search practice focuses on critical hiring, talent identification, EDI and career planning. Specialising in retained management appointments, spanning middle management through to aspirant board director, our practice aims to identify the leaders of tomorrow, today. Given the size of the management cohort in most healthcare organisations, we have built an offering that can be pinpointed with specific, specialist hires but also broaden out to multi-vacancy, RPO and multi-discipline campaigns.

Our approach follows a proven methodology which is shaped by our core value propositions: specialist market knowledge, service delivery, face-to-face candidate engagement, and long-term human capital resource planning. The result of this approach is a rare ability to find candidate solutions for the most specialised and difficult-to-fill posts. We always do our homework, so that you don’t need to.

After struggling to find the right candidates ourselves and through other firms, NHS Shared Business Services engaged Hunter to recruit to multiple Service Improvement Consultants. We had not previously used Hunter for recruitment, but after a swift F2F engagement process with my team to understand the requirements clearly, David was then successful in providing a strong shortlist of candidates quickly from diverse candidate backgrounds. We now have an extended team capable of delivering operational change and continuous improvement projects for our NHS clients. We hope to continue this relationship as our team grows and will continue to use Hunter Healthcare for our future requirements at this level.
