Within this space, he is slowly and methodically building the most talented and ambitious network of individuals who want to enact positive change within the healthcare sector. Theo takes pride in his work and is a tenacious character with a genuine love for building relationships and providing the best service he possibly can.

Born and bred in Leeds, Theo graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in English and Philosophy. Soon after graduating, he returned to his home city to pursue a professional career in recruitment. Theo wanted to take the values he had learnt from his academic studies into the workplace, and in so doing, he felt a genuine alignment with the values of Hunter Healthcare and his own philosophical principles.
