Graduating with a 1st in Pharmaceutical Sciences form Kingston University, Massa has always had an interest in the Life Sciences industry. With a year experience in Clinical and Medical Affairs recruitment in Biotech across the US market, Massa was involved in building a new brand and desk. She joined Hunter Life Sciences as a Researcher alongside Hannah Evans she found that her interest lies in the commercial space and wanted to learn and develop her experience to follow Hunter’s true consultative approach. Massa strongly believes that success comes from building strong long-term relationships, and she thrives through her connections and interactions with others in both personal and professional settings. Since joining, Massa has been utilising her background and network to integrate into the team and has supported Hannah with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access roles for diagnostics and research tool companies from Manager to VP level.
