Lauren joined Hunter in 2016 from the Executive Recruitment arm of a FTSE 100 company. She started her recruitment career in 2011 recruiting civilian Nurses for the Ministry of Defence and in 3 years progressed to recruiting leadership roles across Healthcare, Social Care and Central Government.
At Hunter Healthcare, Lauren specialises in Leadership and Programme Management roles within the NHS ICS and ICB market. Her previous experience working with Social Care and Central Government clients gives her an excellent ‘whole system’ view and she aims to act as a strategic partner to her network.
Lauren was born and raised in West London, she graduated from the University of Leeds in 2019. Outside of the office Lauren likes spending time with her family, friends, and dog. She is an avid reader and is learning Swedish.
