James became a part of the Hunter Healthcare team in August 2017 after graduating from Kingston University with a 2:1 in his Financial Economics degree. James was instantly drawn to Hunter Healthcare and a career in the recruitment industry as he has impeccable skill when it comes to interacting and communicating with people from a variety of backgrounds. James is an individual who brings out the best in those around him, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations, making him perfect for the nature of the sector.

Outside of work James has a real passion for cooking which has stemmed from his time growing up and working within the hospitality sector. James has always been surrounded by friends and family who have also come from a similar background and inspired him to continue the hobby. James is an avid West Brom football fan, attending the Hawthorns to watch a game with his family regularly. A core circle of friends and family is key for James having been brought up alongside his brother, sister and many cousins. You’ll often find James socialising with friends and leading the group with a great sense of humour.

“Following an incredible four years at university I’d learnt an immense amount and had a hunger for success, so I was looking to join a company that reflected this through and through. Hunter Healthcare did just that. What was immediately evident about the business was the warmth I received from the entire team and the authenticity behind the core values that they live by. The company prides itself on its knowledge, networks, partnerships, flexibility and diversity, these key elements to Hunter Healthcare stood out from the moment I came across them.

“I’ve always been intrigued by the healthcare system and I’m excited to improve my understanding of the sector, constantly looking for ways to do so. I love the day-to-day feeling of reward that comes with helping professionals in the sector deliver their aims. The opportunities for digital advancement within the healthcare industry are huge and I’m looking forward to moving with this change. Hunter prides itself on quality over quantity, working with a small network of excellent individuals, rather than a database of all-comers; this approach runs throughout the business and has enabled it go from strength to strength.”
