Dani joined Hunter Healthcare as their first ever Director of People & Culture from Collinson. He was brought into work closely with our CEO and COO to create and execute the people and culture strategies that will enable us to realise our aspirational vision for international growth. Dani has nearly 20 years’ experience in the people sector, starting off his career in L&D in the pharma and retail sector, transitioning into broader organisational development work in the last 5 years. In the last 2 years, he has created his current company’s first ever Talent function which is responsible for the end-to-end talent journey which focuses on attracting and retaining talent across a footprint of international offices. He has now transitioned into his first full people role and will be specifically focused on developing Hunter’s authentic and bespoke people life cycle, which include, talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, people operations, employee relations, internal communications, ED&I and other people related agendas.
