Damian joined Hunter Healthcare in 2012 from one of the largest recruitment firms in the UK, where he had built up an impressive track record of growing high-performing teams placing specialist contract and interim professionals across a number of markets. The challenge for Damian at Hunter was to support the development and diversification of our interim and consulting business with the aim of taking a leading market position across each of our chosen market niches. Our consistent year-on-year growth has been driven by listening to our customers to inform our ongoing investment strategy and to help us to shape our services to ensure they are aligned to what our market needs.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Damian has been putting the building blocks in place that will enable Hunter to continue to grow and diversify, whilst protecting the quality of our business model and our values driven culture. This has included revamping our recruitment process, our career paths, our pay and benefits, our L&D programmes, our recruitment tech and our analytics and MI reporting.

Outside work Damian enjoys family time with his wife and young son and is a big fan of sport and the outdoors, ranging from football and golf to snowboarding and climbing.
