Cath Rock

Cath started her recruitment career in one of the largest global recruitment businesses, where she launched the Life Sciences & Diagnostics business. Her passion for the industry enabled her to form long-term commercial relationships, both domestically and internationally, leading to high revenue and an enviable repeat business track record. In 2017, Cath joined Hunter Healthcare to launch a senior management and executive search practice within international Life Sciences & Diagnostics.

Cath graduated from Southampton University in 2008 with a 2:1 in Humanities. Outside of work, you will find Cath attending yoga, heading back to Wales to see her family (particularly her beautiful niece!) or spending quality time with friends in and around London.

Luckily for me, Hunter Healthcare were already offering this service to Healthcare commissioners & providers, and wanted to diversify their presence but still remain within Healthcare. I am proud to be given the opportunity to set up a Life Science & Diagnostic recruitment business at Hunter, where the value of relationships is truly recognised across the entire business.
