Practice Manager - Greystone House Surgery

Hunter Healthcare are proud to be supporting Greystone House Surgery with the recruitment of their future Practice Manager. Surrey Heartlands is at the forefront of enhancing access to primary care and joining up services for patients and Greystone House Surgery is a leading practice within this system. Greystone House Surgery is a 15,000-patient practice based in Redhill Surrey that operates within a three-practice PCN serving 47,000 patients. Greystone House Surgery has been leading the implementation of stock take recommendations within Surrey Heartlands to accelerate the implementation of integrated primary care across healthcare systems nationally, and earlier this year received a visit from Amanda Pritchard, Chief Executive of NHS England, to visit the team and check on progress.

The Practice Manager will have responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the practice and ensuring that all non-clinical aspects of the practice are managed, including all aspects of the practice business and service delivery. As an integral part of the management team, they will provide leadership to enable the practice to meet its long-term strategic aims within an efficient, safe and effective working environment, acting as an enabler for the partners and other medical staff to deliver high levels of patient service and clinical care.

This is an exciting time to be joining our organisation, with plans to merge with a neighbouring practice within our primary care network by the end of the year, and an opportunity for our future Practice Manager to be involved in setting the strategic direction of our Surgery.

We are looking for experienced, compassionate and empathetic leaders who are collaborative in their approach and strive to always deliver the best possible care for patients. As Practice Manager, Greystone House Surgery will provide an opportunity to further your career and develop your knowledge, skills and experience at the heart of primary care innovation.

In return there will be support and encouragement to progress your career upwards, engaging with our ICS, in the hope of furthering your career and ensuring we provide outstanding care and services to our communities and beyond.
