Operose Health have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Director to join our organisation in this National role.
The Operations Director (Primary Care – National) will provide exemplary leadership across our National surgeries and related portfolio. This permanent senior position is a key role in the delivery of our Annual Operating Plan, importantly ensuring that our services are delivered in a safe, efficient, effective and patient-centred way at all times throughout the Group and in accordance with national and local quality standards.
The Operations Director will be highly experienced in running a portfolio of contracts and have exceptional skills in managing complex programmes and a significant workforce. You will have the gravitas to manage senior stakeholder relationships across the business and with key external stakeholders (such as commissioners) to ensure delivery of our strategic objectives on time and to budget.
You will be supported by a team of Regional and Deputy Regional Managers and Regional Medical Directors, and will ensure delivery of operational performance and standards against our contractual and internal KPIs. Through your leadership, you will ensure these are understood, owned and delivered by the operational teams, and will report regularly to the Group and our commissioners proactively. The Operations Director will ensure services to patients are delivered within budget and to the efficiency levels set within the annual operating plan.
You will champion and promote our reputation of high-quality care, innovation and development of our people – engendering a culture of compassionate, evidence-based management and a focus on continuous improvement to deliver the highest possible quality of care.
