To help us on our journey we are looking for two new Non-Executive Directors. The ideal candidates will be finance qualified and have a strong track record in financial and risk management and well-developed leadership skills gained at a senior management/Board level in a large and complex public or private sector organisation. Beyond this, candidates will need to demonstrate experience of working inclusively with diverse populations, good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to think independently, challenge appropriately and work effectively as part of a team.
