These are exciting and challenging times for the NHS, both nationally and locally, and we now have an opportunity to refresh our Board and appoint one new Non-Executive Director (NED). The new Board member will provide constructive challenge, independence of thought, support diverse insight and strategic input, and ensure that we have robust systems of risk management and governance in place.

The ideal candidates will bring senior professional experience of managing, maintaining and developing a large workforce and of implementing, in any sector, large-scale change management and people transformation programmes at pace. Beyond this, they will need to demonstrate a strong alignment to our core values and direct experience of promoting and enabling diversity of thought and delivery.
