We are deeply committed to partnership working both as a partner in the Provider Collaboratives and ICS in North East London and, in particular, in building a truly integrated health and care system in City and Hackney to better address health inequalities and improve population health. As well as leading the Trust, we are looking for someone to lead the development of the City and Hackney Place-based Partnership. This combination of roles responds to the new collaborative structure and system focus within the NHS and the wider social care system.
We are looking for someone who will promote integration through continuous improvement, coproduction, and collaboration among all our partners. We believe the City and Hackney Partnership should and can be a model for local integration in North East London and more widely.
We are seeking a compassionate and inclusive leader with a track record of tangible achievements in the NHS or in the wider public or third sectors. An established or aspirant Chief Executive, you will have vision and a commitment to NHS values, excellent patient care, reducing health inequalities and improving population health. You will have the skills to lead and nurture partnerships and will understand the NHS and its interdependence with other local services, voluntary and public.
