Executive Director of Nursing and Quality LPFT

We are seeking an Executive Director of Nursing and Quality for Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT), to play a lead role in achieving the Trust’s vision of setting a strategy that creates a compassionate, skilled, and flexible workforce that can deliver the highest level of compassionate care.
The postholder will be the Board Lead for Quality and will be responsible for embedding safe processes and practices and a learning culture across the Trust. You will build meaningful relationships and work closely with partners and stakeholders on the development and delivery of system strategies and plans, enabling patients to live well in their communities. Internally, you will work together with the Chief Executive and wider Board to make sure LPFT has one of the best cultures in the NHS, whilst ensuring effective governance of all aspects of patient activity. Also, utilising feedback from patients and the wider public, to directly improve practice and offer professional advice to the Board on statutory and regulatory nursing and midwifery requirements.
As an exceptional senior nursing leader, you will join our cohesive and driven executive team. Your excellent leadership and interpersonal skills will be complemented by a strategic mindset, a commitment to the quality agenda and experience of delivering continuous quality improvement. You will have a track record of empowering and motivating staff and multidisciplinary teams and working across organisational boundaries to deliver high-quality care, service innovation and improved clinical pathways.
