Dorset Integrated Care Board (ICB) is looking for a non-executive member, who will chair the People and Culture Committee.
The ICB has recently approved an ambitious and innovative People Plan to enable the delivery of the Dorset Integrated Care System’s transformation objectives. The Chair of the People Committee will play a crucial role in taking this forward and will have senior-level experience of leading workforce and culture transformation which improves services and empowers staff. This experience could have been gained in the public, private or voluntary sectors. You will be part of a team of six non-executive members and two associate non-executive members.
As chair of the People and Culture Committee, you will work closely with the ICB Chief People Officer to grow a productive Dorset labour market supporting our communities to thrive by offering advice and constructive challenge. You will use your professional experience and skills to add value to governance and strategic development and you will be able to demonstrate independent and proactive leadership, and champion open, frank and disciplined discussion.
