The Women’s, Children and Sexual Health Division comprises of four clinical directorates; Maternity and Neonates, Acute Paediatrics, Community Children and Young People and Gynaecology and Sexual Health. You will lead the day to day operational management of the Division, ensuring it meets the needs of patients, and achieves set and agreed standards and levels of performance.
You will assure hospital performance in quality, operational standards and delivery by providing and ensuring robust and visible leadership to your team, ensuring safe, high quality and efficient service delivery. You will also seek, share and drive opportunities, through the redesign and consolidation of services, in order to deliver operational performance and transformational improvement, contributing to the overall success of the Trust.
In this role, I am looking for a proactive, astute, driven, flexible and determined individual who can meet the challenge, and who will be committed to driving forward the Trust’s future plans. I am also looking for an individual who has a strong track record of delivery, who clearly demonstrates leadership qualities, and who will be seen as inspirational and engaging by both staff and external partners.
