Job summary

We have two great opportunities to play a key role in the Trust’s finance department, working closely with the Financial Accounts team to test and develop new financial systems. You will be responsible for producing monthly accounts and forecasts, as well as the delivery of financial targets in your position as a member of the Divisional Senior Management Team.

 

Main duties of the job

We are looking for skilled and effective communicators with excellent technical skills capable of articulating complex concepts across multi-disciplinary boundaries to support budget holders across the trust in analysis, maintenance and reporting. The successful postholders will have experience in budget setting, monitoring, capital asset planning and management. In return, they will be given the support to grow personally, and to ensure the Trust continues to develop a leading finance function.

Essential

  • Professional Accountancy qualification (CCAB)

Previous work experience

Essential

  • Relevant finance experience (ideally within FM/planning/strategy)
  • Staff management experience

Softer skills

Essential

  • Quality of application and relevance of supporting information to JD, PS and trust
