We are looking for an inspirational Chief Medical Officer to join our team at Integrated Care 24 (IC24).
IC24 provides a range of responsive, safe and high-quality urgent and unscheduled care services to over six million patients across Kent, Brighton and Hove, East and West Sussex, Mid and South Essex and Norfolk and Waveney. We are leaders within the urgent care sector, with over 25 years of experience and a workforce of around 1,200 people dedicated to providing out-of-hours and NHS 111 coverage to our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to join our forward thinking and highly regarded care provider as our Chief Medical Officer.
Your role as Chief Medical Officer will be key to ensuring IC24 continues to work successfully as a community focused provider of urgent healthcare. As a clinical leader you will guide Medical Professionals across the organisation and provide guidance to the Board of Directors on all quality and medical management matters. You will also play an integral part in delivering the organisation’s strategy and ensuring IC24’s values are at the core of all care provided. The Chief Medical Officer will have overall responsibility for achieving the highest quality and safety standards across IC24’s services.
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Medical Officer with credible leadership qualities to lead the development of IC24’s improvement journey, creating better outcomes for the organisation and the wider local population. The ideal candidate will be a GMC-registered GP with a proven record and desire for service improvement. You will be a proactive and understanding leader with the ability to communicate with colleagues, patients, senior managers, clinicians, healthcare providers and other key stakeholders. You will work closely with the existing leadership team to build and develop on existing relationships and strategies.
