We are looking for an exceptional Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) to join our team at West London NHS Trust.

We have grown significantly in recent years with investment in mental health and community services, including using digital technologies to transform the way we deliver patient services and how staff experience working in our organisation. This is an exciting role that reflects our commitment to digital transformation, and we are now seeking a CDIO who shares our ambition.
The CDIO will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our digital strategy and the optimisation of the organisational structures that work to this. The postholder will steer Board and Executive discussions on horizon scanning, most innovative current and future practice, future investments, and ensure that the vision, direction and clinical strategy for the Trust is fully enabled by digital processes, change and innovation. The incumbent will work closely with all key stakeholders, lead conversations on technology and data and their use in West London, and play a key role with respect to developing the digital agenda in partnership with the Integrated Care Board (ICB).
