Some great news for the start of the year, we have been shortlisted as a finalist for the HSJ Partnership Awards 2020.
We are delighted to announce that we are shortlisted for ‘Recruitment Services Provider of the Year’ at the HSJ Partnership Awards 2020, recognising our dedication to improving healthcare by providing executive talent and leadership to the NHS.
The judging panel comprised a diverse range of highly regarded figures across the NHS and broader healthcare sector, with many entries, we are supremely humbled to a part of this most prestigious of healthcare awards. We were selected based on our diligence, ambition and the positive impact that our work has had delivering efficiencies in the NHS.
The bigger picture
Our unique approach to search, concentrating initially on the significant challenges organisations face in a more granular way, helps us better understand the characteristics and exact creative skillsets needed in the individuals or teams we help recruit. This attention to the ‘bigger picture’, allows us to ensure we find the people that can help bring about positive change in the healthcare organisations we partner with.

The “live panel” judging stage takes place in January 2020, ahead of the HSJ Partnership Awards 2020 awards ceremony on 27th February. We are looking forward to the opportunity to meet, greet and celebrate the achievements of all that attend.
