Originally from Scotland, Victoria moved to join the London Hunter team in April 2016. She studied at the University of St Andrews, graduating with a 2:1 in Geography. Her studies culminated in a First-Class dissertation exploring the socio-spatial context and impact of Alzheimer’s disease on family-caregivers and the home environment. Aside from her research interests, Victoria spends her free time socialising with friends and family, writing fiction and learning Choi Kwang Do.
“Having conducted field research with those who have personal experiences of ill-health, I have become determined to make a difference for them and the wider population. By joining Hunter, I have gained the opportunity to work with like-minded, and professional, individuals who never stop working to deliver to the best of their ability. It is an environment in which I feel I can develop and be creative as well as work with a supportive and committed group of people.”
