Lauren works on NED and Chair appointments in London and the South East. She joined Hunter in 2016 from the Executive branch of a multinational recruitment company. Lauren spent a short period at Leeds PCT after graduating from Leeds University, she then began her recruitment career in 2011 providing civilian Nurses to the Ministry of Defence. In 3 years she progressed to recruiting leadership roles across Healthcare, Social Care and Central Government.
For 9 years Lauren specialised in Leadership and Transformation roles within the NHS, with a particular focus on Interim and consultancy appointments. Her previous experience working with Social Care and Central Government clients gives her an excellent ‘whole system’ view and she always aims to act as a strategic partner to her network.
Outside of work Lauren studies Swedish (yes, really!), enjoys reading and spends lots of time walking her dog.
