“After a successful two years in a large corporate firm, I was attracted to Hunter’s network-based and relationship-driven approach. Removing the transactional element of a corporate environment I felt I could better utilise my relationships within interim IT Change and Transformation to improve how informatics specialists are connected with healthcare organisations, particularly through Hunter’s executive-level network. Healthcare companies are increasingly recognising the importance of how technological change and transformation can improve the wider organisational improvement agenda and ultimately front line care for patients, my focus is on delivering high calibre informatics interims into the healthcare sector to facilitate this change.”
“Hunter continues to excel in representing the best talent within healthcare, underpinned by stringent candidate diligence, to replace the usual ‘quantity over quality’ which is seen across the industry. Combining Hunter’s existing network of the best interim executive specialists with the top talent across healthcare informatics will enable me to help organisations achieve the change they aspire for. Adding to this our intelligence-led approach and advisory board I will build Hunter’s informatics practice through developing longstanding relationships with our network, ensuring that each individual’s needs are truly understood and acted upon.”
