Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust had identified a major transformation that was required across its technical infrastructure estate, to accelerate their digital agenda.
The Digital team required a group of people to be assembled of digital specialists across several different skill sets. These ranged from application support, server and storage specialists through to innovation, programme delivery and business analytics.
Hunter Healthcare Digital & Informatics undertook a comprehensive scoping exercise to ensure that we fully understood the Trust’s aspirations and goals and the associated timeframes. We then formed and agreed upon a resourcing schedule with the Trust so that the interview and onboarding process for each digital specialist would be seamless.
The campaign from start to finish, was a very positive one, with Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust securing the digital talent and specialists that they required to realise their digital goals and aspirations.
